We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Administrator to join a well-established company based in Portslade. As a Customer Service Administrator, your role will be varied, from handling the telephone to liaising with customers and suppliers, along with order processing and other general administration duties.
Job duties of a Customer Service Administrator are as follows:
1. Raising quotes
2. Communicating with customers over the telephone
3. Dealing with enquiries
4. Liaising with suppliers, customers, and other departments within the business
5. Other ad hoc duties
Skills and experience required:
1. Previous Customer Service experience
2. Strong IT skills such as Excel, Outlook, etc.
3. A keen eye for detail and excellent timekeeping
4. Strong communication skills both written and verbally

This is a fully office-based role in Portslade working Monday to Thursday 8:30 am to 5 pm and finishing at 4 pm on Fridays, paying a salary of up to £30,000 dependent on experience.
