1. Enablement: Supporting Customers to learn or relearn skills.
2. Administering Medication: Including more complex interventions depending on your training level.
3. Encouraging and Supporting Customers: In various activities to remain independent and living in their home.
4. Maintaining Records: Including customer care logs and medication administration records.
5. Meal Preparation: Supporting customers with their nutritional needs.
6. Personal Care: Assisting with all aspects of personal hygiene, such as washing, dressing, and toileting.
7. Compassion, Reliability, and Communication Skills: A genuine desire to support others and improve their quality of life.
8. Comprehensive Induction: 6 days comprehensive training in our Beccles branch 9-5 paid prior to shadowing existing care colleagues in the field, including a fully funded care certificate.
