Overview: As a Business Development Specialist, you’ll join our European Sales Team tasked with bringing in new business across the Norwegian Market to further strengthen the Apadmi customer portfolio. In this role, you’ll be tasked with owning and executing our sales enablement strategy, managing initial prospect contact and setting qualified meetings for the European Sales team. Collaborating with the Sales team on focused industry campaigns e.g. Retail, Finance & Healthcare. You will use social media tools and telephone contact to develop prospects. In addition you will participate in Apadmi and industry events for face to face engagement with prospects to drive demand. To excel in this role, we are looking for individuals who are fluent in Norwegian. What you’ll do You’ll have previous experience of delivering in a similar role, excited by a new challenge for a fast-growing digital specialist. Highly motivated to hit your KPI targets and promote the Apadmi brand. Key elements of the role include: Understanding the Apadmi proposition and examples of the digital solutions we have delivered for our corporate and enterprise clients The ability to articulate the Apadmi story either face to face or over the phone to excite and interest new prospects Collaborate with the European Sales team to profile specific industry focused lead generation campaigns Periodically support Marketing for key Apadmi events and driving quality attendance Perform customer profiling and build relevant engagement strategies to secure qualified meetings and contribute to new pipeline opportunities Experience in using and maintaining Sales and CRM tools such as LinkedIn, Lusha & Salesforce for all activity Delivering against clear KPI targets e.g. qualified meetings per week Actively seek networking opportunities to develop your prospect contact list Analysing market opportunities by using data and insights Be an Apadmi brand ambassador, promoting our values everyday Support Sales in prepare bid and pitch information relevant to the client and the opportunity Participate in weekly Sales stand-ups and monthly meetings. Report to the extended team on progress and success from Outbound activity What we’re looking for Ideally, you’ll have some experience working in a similar role, preferably in a digital consultancy or software development environment, however we can teach you this if you have the right skills.
