In this role you will: Support children with additional needs such as Autism, PMLD, and SLD. Support the class teacher in the everyday running of the classroom. Assist in elements of personal care and some cases of challenging behavior. Create a safe and fun learning environment for the children. The ideal candidate for this role will have: Experience working with children with SEN in an educational or care setting Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to de-escalate challenging situations Good enthusiasm and a proactive approach The school is based in the South Manchester area and is easily accessible by car and public transport.
