This primary maintained special school, located within the Local Authority of Barnet, supports pupils with a wide range of complex and profound learning difficulties. These include severe autism, complex medical conditions, physical and mobility challenges, and significant developmental delays. Your Responsibilities Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons that inspire and motivate students with MLD. Foster a safe and nurturing learning environment that encourages personal and academic growth. Collaborate with a skilled team of professionals to ensure every student receives a holistic education. Build strong relationships with students, families, and colleagues to support individual learning goals. The school is rated "Outstanding" on Ofsted and stands out for its innovative special education, featuring a diverse curriculum and personalised support for students with moderate to severe learning difficulties. The desired SEND Teacher will have: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Experience working with Special Needs pupils, including designing and delivering tailored lesson plans.
