My client is an independent recruitment agency that has been established for over 25 years.
They specialise in recruiting both permanent and temporary staff for clients across a multitude of sectors including: industrial, automotive, logistic, and commercial. Their aim is to provide an honest and reliable recruitment service to Commerce and Industry, never compromising on quality. They are recognised as one of the region's busiest independent staffing agencies and are based in a prime City Centre location.
Due to a period of growth, they are looking to recruit an additional consultant to work within their Industrial Division at their head office based in Sheffield. The industrial desk is well established, so it will be a mix of servicing and sales.
Should you be successful, you will report directly to the Divisional Manager where your role will consist of (but not limited to):
1. Candidate attraction
2. Resourcing and interviewing candidates
3. Candidate management
4. Payroll
5. General administration / compliance
6. Achieving deadlines
7. Generation of sales in a targeted environment
8. Visiting new and existing clients
9. Working on-call on a rota basis
In addition to your salary, you will also be entitled to private health cover after your probationary period, pension, and a leading commission structure.
