An exciting career enhancing opportunity has arisen in our client's Aftersales department. This company is an established customer-focused and colleague-friendly dealership, where you are recognised and rewarded for delivering high levels of customer satisfaction while working as part of a team.
Our client is seeking an experienced customer-focused Aftersales professional with proven experience of successfully managing their workload in the capacity of a Service Advisor. In addition to this, we are looking for someone who is able to multi-task and manage their own team of technicians, along with:
1. Welcoming customers to the department
2. Workshop loading
3. Updating technicians
4. Managing and updating service customers on the progress of their vehicle and any additional work required throughout the day
The ideal candidate will be familiar with working in a fast-paced environment with quality and customer satisfaction at the forefront of their actions. This candidate will already be experienced in providing exceptional customer service and take pride in delivering high levels of customer delight. We are looking for a candidate who is customer-focused and motivated to effectively drive the business forward by coordinating efficiency and productivity through the workshop, as well as dealing with technical and customer queries and issues in a pro-active manner.
Minimum Requirements: A Full UK driving licence and proven experience in this role are essential.
Salary: The salary for this role depends upon experience, ranging from £30,000 to £34,000 Basic, with the opportunity to increase earnings with a targeted uncapped bonus scheme (£40K+ OTE), along with many company benefits.
