We are seeking an IT Support Technician to provide expert technical assistance, resolve diverse IT incidents and service requests. What about you: You will have proven experience in an IT Support Technician role, particularly in 1st or 2nd line support with a strong ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. Proficiency in troubleshooting various operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS), office productivity software, hardware, and common business applications. Solid understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and VLANs, with the ability to troubleshoot network-related issues. Familiarity with ITIL principles and practices, particularly in incident management (ITIL Foundation certification is a plus). Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users and collaborate effectively with teams. Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge & exposure to ITSM tools and Microsoft 365 administration experience is preferable.
