Reach Subsea is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to support our HR function within the UK team in Aberdeen, with the opportunity to collaborate with the wider group. As the HR Administrator, you will be highly organised and proactive, with strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail. A good understanding of the importance of discretion and confidentiality, along with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively, is essential. Experience and knowledge in IT literacy and HR systems are required for this role. Your role will be extremely varied, and you will be responsible for managing all administrative tasks throughout the full employee life cycle to ensure smooth and effective HR processes. On a day-to-day basis, you will be involved in the following: Updating and maintaining accurate records of employee information in relevant systems Preparing employment documents (eg Offer Letters, Contract of Employment, Amendment to T&CS) Administering the onboarding process for new hires Administering the offboarding process for leavers Collating and preparing relevant employee information for Payroll Collating and administrating HR data for internal and external requirements Supporting the recruitment process and participating in interviews (eg uploading vacancies, scheduling of interviews, attending interviews) Assist in organizing employment events (eg Career Fairs) Assist employees and line managers with HR-related queries Support with developing and implementation of local and Group HR initiatives and projects
