Level 3 - Teaching Assistants Teaching Assistants required for Independent Secondary Schools in Hatfield Teaching Personnel are the UK's leading education staffing supplier and we are currently sourcing Teaching Assistants for a number of support staff opportunities in Secondary Schools for the Hatfield and surrounding areas from January 2025. We are mostly seeking Teaching Assistants who can commit to long-term contracts or are seeking future permanent employment in a school. Teaching Assistant contracts can last anywhere between 1 month to 3 months, with the opportunity to go permanent for some schools. What to expect as a Teaching Assistant? Day-to-day tasks As a Teaching Assistant, you could: Help teachers prepare lesson materials Set up and tidy classrooms for lessons Work with students on a 1:1 or small group basis, supporting their learning Watch, record and report the progress students make Look after children who are upset or unwell Lead classes with help from the teacher Would you be the right fit?
