We are delighted to be working with a fantastic employer based in the Bridlington area who are looking to bring an additional Senior IT Support Analyst into their IT team. What the Senior IT Support Analyst job involves Providing 1st, 2nd and 3rd line support to employees across two sites in the region. Escalating specific tickets when needed. Providing support for colleagues and customers with networking and IT issues. Support the IT Manager with the implementation of ITIL and an ITSM. Manage the resource planning of user PC’s, Licencing and the roll out of a new Lap Top project to over 150 staff. Support with business continuity planning and testing. Monitor and maintain backup systems and any file restore requests. Maintain accurate hardware and software asset inventory system. Conducting daily health checks of servers, desktops and network infrastructure (LAN/WAN) Support with the implementation of Cyber Essentials as a new and ongoing project. Supporting with assessing any cyber security trends and look at preventative measures that could include data encryption and anti-virus protection. Rolling out new software upgrades suck as Windows 11. Skills required Experience in a similar IT based role at this level. Experience of working with ERP systems SAN, NAZ, Linux, VM Ware, Azure and Windows 365 experience Able to build servers, back them up and implement correct software and licences. Cyber Security knowledge would be beneficial, although not essential. Excellent communication skills both verbally and written, able to work with colleagues across all departments of a business.
