We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for quoting the jobs via our booking platform and maximizing the day and future allocations to allow for business growth, developing and implementing sales strategies, and gaining customer feedback following the jobs. The ideal candidate will require strong customer service skills, excellent communication abilities, strong computer skills, and a proven track record of success in sales.
Responsibilities:
* Sales Strategy and Planning:
o Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue goals.
o Quoting jobs based on our availability.
o Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities.
o Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
o Optimize sales processes and procedures.
* Customer Relationship Management:
o Ensure the team delivers excellent customer service.
o Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
o Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve sales strategies.
o Work closely with other departments to align sales efforts with overall business objectives.
o Coordinate with other managers to ensure efficient operations.
Qualifications:
* Experience in business administration, sales, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
* Proven track record of success in sales, with at least one year of experience in a sales management role.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Knowledge of the PSV industry is a plus.
