Key Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Advisor, your primary focus will be to deliver exceptional service to all customers, acting as an "information and administration provider." Your duties will include: Ensuring all customer queries are responded to promptly and effectively. Providing clear and accurate guidance to customers regarding their finance contracts. Taking ownership of customer inquiries, ensuring each query is fully addressed and customers are informed of any necessary actions. Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction to foster loyalty and trust in the company. Delivering accurate and timely administrative support to internal teams as required. Ensuring customers understand their contracts and any associated terms and conditions. Keeping up to date with the company’s financial products and services to provide accurate and helpful advice.
