Job Title: Consumer Credit Executive Contract Type: Permanent, Part Time, Full Time, Job Share option available Salary: £60,000 circa Location: Remote - England UK Closing Date for applications: Friday14th March 2025 Consumer Credit Executive: We are seeking a dedicated Consumer Credit Executive to join our Customer Value Management team at Ageas. This brand-new role, involves assessing and managing the performance of Ageas’ Premium Finance product, ensuring compliance with the Consumer Credit Sourcebook (CONC) and delivering excellent customer outcomes. As a Consumer Credit Executive, you will work closely with the Ageas Compliance Department to ensure Premium Finance meets regulatory expectations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements specific to responsible lending. Part of your responsibility is to identify pain points in the customer journey and support the change process to deliver improvements. You must consider market trends as well as customer needs Main Responsibilities are: Support vulnerable customers by reviewing forbearance governance frameworks. Evaluate customer outcomes and provide actionable insights. Ensure accurate and timely reporting on financial performance and regulatory compliance. Identify and address pain points in the customer journey. Collaborate with various departments to ensure responsible lending and effective affordability checks. Analyse market trends and customer behaviours to recommend improvements. Contribute to regulatory projects and ensure compliance with industry standards. Skills and experience required: Experience in consumer credit lending within the insurance sector. Strong understanding of CONC and Consumer Duty regulations. Detailed Insurance industry corporate governance and compliance knowledge Proven ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders. Excellent planning, organisational, and analytical skills. Critically assess customer outcomes against consumer duty and fair value regulatory requirements, identify improvements, and deliver an improvement plan. Creative problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
