Hamptons are currently looking for a Sales Consultant to join our sales team in Rickmansworth.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Meeting and registering new applicants
2. Organising & carrying out viewings
3. Maintain regular contact with Clients and applicants, note all correspondence and communications
4. Achieve all daily and weekly targets
5. Arrange, organise and conduct all viewings in line with the Client's instructions
6. Negotiate where instructed any offers received
7. Have an in-depth understanding of the local market place thus gaining an advantage over our competitors
8. Work closely with the Manager to identify new business opportunities and maximise them
Skills/Experience Required:
1. Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
3. Full and clean driving licence
4. Previous experience within a negotiator role or in a sales environment, with an estate agent or in the property sector is an advantage but not essential
5. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
