Are you a new homes sales negotiator looking for the chance to sell beautiful homes on a high volume scheme? Our client is a 5* developer looking for a New Homes Sales Negotiator to deliver their premium product on site in Leicester! This is a permanent role and you will be working on site in a busy sales and marketing suite.

On offer is a basic salary of up to £28,000 with a realistic OTE of £46,000 and paid mileage. You will be flexible to work on weekends, with Tuesday/Wednesday as your day off.
You will have proven new homes sales experience, sales drive, and be self-motivated to successfully convert leads into sales!
Using your previous experience as a Sales Negotiator, you will manage the customer from enquiry through to exchange and completion, delivering a 5* customer journey at all times. You will report into the Sales Manager.
Duties will include:
1. Meeting and greeting customers on site
2. Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements
3. Dealing with incoming sales enquiries
4. Taking customers on viewings
5. Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales
6. Ensuring the sales suite is presentable

Key requirements:
1. New homes sales experience in housebuilding
2. Access to your own transport and a valid UK driving license
3. Confidence in using computer systems including Microsoft Office
4. Strong customer service focus and sales orientation
5. Immaculate presentation
6. Availability to work on weekends
