Position Overview: The IT Service Desk Technician will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to end-users. This role involves resolving hardware and software issues, managing user accounts, and ensuring the smooth operation of IT services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT support and be proficient in using Azure and Active Directory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide service desk support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
* Manage and maintain user accounts using Active Directory.
* Configure and manage cloud services with Azure.
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, and peripherals.
Required Experience and Skills:
* Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a service desk or IT support role.
* Proficiency in using and managing Azure and Active Directory.
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
* Experience with network troubleshooting and basic network configuration.
