Lawyer | 7671 | Permanent Contract | 37 hours per week | £42,463 to £46,732 per annum (Scale K) Subject to 8% Market Supplement | County Hall
We are looking for a Qualified solicitor, barrister or FCILEX to join us as a Lawyer within the SEND team of nplaw’s People Team.
This is an exciting role available in our inhouse legal department, nplaw for a lawyer in our SEND Team.
This role involves providing professional legal advice and advocacy to clients of the People Team in particular the Education and SEND team to protect their interests, meeting standards of practice quality and consistency. To provide clear professional legal advice and support to clients with the support of more senior colleagues on the most complex work.
To provide advocacy in Courts, Tribunals, Public Inquiries, and other venues as required.
Helping clients to select a barrister and instructing where necessary.
