You'll assist customers, healthcare professionals, and internal teams, ensuring safe and timely issue resolution. Duties & Responsibilities
* Deliver technical support for healthcare products through phone, email, and chat channels.
* Guide customers in troubleshooting and resolving product-related issues.
* Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and a positive support experience.
* Accurately document customer interactions and feedback.
* Work collaboratively with other teams to enhance product knowledge and refine customer service processes.
