As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a wide range of projects at all stages, allowing you to develop into a well-rounded professional while supporting the growth of the company and your career. What you'll need to succeed
To excel in this role, you will need a can-do attitude, a proactive approach to project management, and an innovative mindset when it comes to problem-solving for clients. You should be commercially driven, customer-centric, and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships throughout project lifecycles. As a Project Manager, you will also have the ability to understand and clarify client requirements, and adapt to various project approaches.
What you'll get in return
The salary for this role is £35,000-£50,000, dependent on experience, with a discretionary bonus. You will enjoy flexible working arrangements, including a 3:2 hybrid split, with support to adapt to your needs. While there is flexibility, site visits will be expected.

In addition to a competitive salary, you will receive 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays and an 8% pension package.
