About the Role:
As an HLTA, you will be a vital part of our school’s dedicated team, working alongside teachers to support the delivery of high-quality lessons and to help foster an inclusive, engaging learning environment.
About You:
To thrive in this role, you will have:
* A Level 4 HLTA qualification (or equivalent) – or be working towards one.
* Previous experience working as a teaching assistant, ideally within a school setting.
* A passion for education and working with young children to help them achieve their potential.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well as part of a team.
* A proactive, flexible approach to supporting students’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
* Support small groups and individual students, providing targeted interventions.
* Help create and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.
* Supervise students during breaks, lunchtimes, and extracurricular activities.
* Contribute to assessments and records of student progress.
* Support students with additional learning needs and those who require more personalised assistance.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
