We are seeking a dedicated Isolation Room Supervisor to join our secondary school team in Bradford. In this role, you will oversee the school's isolation room, ensuring that students adhere to school policies while receiving the support they need to reflect on their behaviour.

Requirements:
1. Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply for one).
2. Significant experience in pastoral care within a secondary school setting.
3. Strong behaviour management skills with the ability to maintain discipline and authority.
4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
5. A calm and patient approach, with the ability to manage challenging behaviour effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
6. Supervise students placed in isolation, ensuring a calm and respectful environment.
7. Support students in understanding and reflecting on their behaviour.
8. Work closely with pastoral and behaviour management teams to provide appropriate interventions.
9. Ensure that students complete their academic work during isolation sessions.
10. Maintain accurate records of student attendance and behaviour in isolation.
