An 'Outstanding' school in Southend is seeking outstanding Primary and Secondary SEND Class Teachers to join their highly successful team.
This role is perfect for those who want to inspire a young person's life for the better.
We are looking for candidates with relevant experience in youth work, gang violence, social, emotional and mental health, challenging behavior, and/or sexual exploitation. The right candidate will need to handle challenging students effectively and be dedicated to making a difference.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with youths, know how to handle tough situations, and be able to deescalate situations in the correct and efficient manner. Resilience and a strong work ethic are essential.
We are looking for dynamic and motivated SEND Class Teachers with a passion for making a difference. You will have the opportunity to work creatively and collaboratively, utilizing the extensive resources and expert support available to you.
