An exciting opportunity has arisen for us to expand our Cardiac Disease Risk Management service at Frimley Park Hospital.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals, with excellent people and time management skills for a part-time position.
Main duties of the job
We are seeking the skills of an experienced cardiology nurse who has the ability to make a difference to the health and wellbeing of individuals referred to the service. Knowledge of national and local issues is required. Previous cardiac rehabilitation experience would be an asset. The role will need to have flexibility within the working hours, with possible evenings and weekends. You would be involved with the teaching, advising, and support of patients and their families following a cardiac event. You would play an active role in the development and maintenance of the service. In return, we will offer you:
