Factory Operative / Fabricator
Location: Basildon, Essex
Days: Monday to Friday
Hours: 7:30 am – 4:00 pm
Pay Rate: £12.21 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent

Key Responsibilities:
* Follow the daily production schedule to meet output targets
* Use of machinery and hand tools to cut, measure and assemble components
* Work safely when lifting and handling materials
* Maintain a clean and organised workspace
* Support with general duties in a busy manufacturing environment
What we’re looking for:
* Previous experience in a production or factory environment
* Window fabrication experience is a bonus
* Pays good attention to detail and has a practical, hands-on approach
* Ability to work independently and within a team
* Basic knowledge of Health and Safety in a manufacturing setting
