The Ethics and Philosophy Department is crucial to the school’s long term success, and we are looking to appoint a Head of Department to develop the department.
The ideal candidate will be an innovative teacher with a proven track record of success in teaching Ethics and Philosophy at Key Stage 3 and 4 and the potential to teach at Key Stage 5. You must be able to provide evidence of successful teaching strategies and excellent organisational skills.
Candidates interested in the Head of Department position should also possess proficiency in data analysis and a readiness to take responsibility for the Ethics and Philosophy curriculum, its assessment, and be keen to enhance teaching and learning practices.
