A fantastic opportunity is immediately available for an ambitious and driven Administrator to work for our leading client based in Oakham. We are looking to welcome the successful applicant to play an important part in carrying out general admin duties such as recording staff holidays, sickness, typing up client quotations, dealing with incoming emails and greeting visitors on a reception desk.
This position would suit an individual who is looking for a part time role or wanting a position to work around school hours.
Duties for the Administrator include….
* Prepare emails and quotations
* Filing of correspondence
* Answering incoming calls and greeting visitors
* Printing and recording documents
* Uploading documents onto electronic system
* Warranty document processing
* Record annual leave and sickness
Experience required…
* Admin or receptionist experience
* Must have excellent communication skills
* Must have excellent written skills
* Have an awesome attention to detail
