Housing Assistant (Intensive Housing Management Team) 2 x Permanent, Full-Time positions, available with a competitive pay and benefits package including a starting salary of £26,796 a year, rising to £29,221 per year after key competencies of the role are met. Tai Tarian is growing, and we are looking for a self-motivated, resilient Housing Assistant to join us. You'll be joining our team at a pivotal moment as this is without out doubt, a challenging time for the housing sector. The successful candidates will work proactively with our contract holders, undertake case management, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure our service is delivered. Reporting to Team Leader, this role is responsible for providing practical and hands on housing management assistance to contract holders to enable them to manage the terms and conditions of their agreements. This role will work with contract holders to maintain their agreements within guidelines, processes and procedures and engaging with external stakeholders, and achieve our key Housing objective of great Service Delivery Standards by meeting the set measures of success. To be successful in the role of Housing Assistant our new team member will be educated to Level 2 in a relevant qualification or equivalent experience.
