You will be responsible for the day to day management of\n\neach service ensuring high standards are met throughout the organisation.\n\nYou will be supervising your management team to ensure you exceed CQC\n\nrequirements and standards.
Ideally, we are keen to speak to managers who\n\nare looking to take the next step in their career or experienced registered\n\nmanagers looking for a new position and feel ready to help shape a growing\n\norganisation with an excellent reputation.\n\nThe Package\n\n Salary : £40,000.00 to £50,000.00 (Negotiable depending on Experience)\n\n Perm, 40 hours per week\n\n Opportuning for progression\n\n Bonuses/ Incentives\n\nThe Role Responsibility\n\n To ensure compliance with CQC requirements\n\n Ensuring high standards of care is provided to all service users\n\n Managing budgets and finance\n\n Managing Team Leaders and Deputy Registered Managers\n\n Recruitment and retention of staff\n\n Maintain and Improving CQC rating\n\n Work with Compliance Officer and Directors to ensure that Audits and\n\nCompliance checks are completed and actioned accordingly.\n\n To be the point of Contact for Staff and Residents and families.\n\n To ensure systems are developed, set up and maintained to support\n\nservices delivery, service budgets and finance accountability to funders\n\nand partners\n\n Encourage and support new carers into their role.\n\n Seek referrals\n\nThe Candidate\n\nExperience is Required and should be a minimum of 5 Years (essential)\n\n Current CQC Registered Manager with a Good Rating in all areas\n\npreferred\n\n Experience of managing staff and residents\n\n Troubleshooting\n\n Must have a background in supporting adults with learning disabilities\n\nand/or autism\n\n A very strong leader\n\n Full UK Driving Licence\n\n Staff will be required to have an enhanced DBS check\n\n Full UK Driving Licence\n\nJob Types: Full-time, Permanent\n\nPay: £40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year\n\nAdditional pay:\n\n Bonus scheme\n\n Loyalty bonus\n\n Performance bonus\n\nBenefits:\n\n Casual dress\n\nOverview\nWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to oversee the operations of our care facility.
