Duties: Provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Directors/Heads Of. Assist the Finance Director with company secretarial duties. Manage key meetings including Board Meetings, Council Meetings, Annual General Meeting, and Board Committee Meetings. Update and manage lists, contact details, labels, and nameplates for meetings. Format and amend all papers for meetings and ensure timely distribution. Manage the diaries of all Directors/Heads Of and draught and prepare papers, agendas, and reports. Coordinate and chase materials on behalf of Directors/Heads Of and handle phone calls, visitors, and correspondence. Organise meeting rooms, refreshments, and AV requirements. Assist with booking travel and prepare detailed itineraries for trips. Support CEO events, including registration and arrangements. Update the CRM system and perform general administrative tasks. Support the CEO's Executive Assistant occasionally with administration. Requirements: Experience as a Personal OR Team Assistant in a commercial environment is desirable but not essential. Strong administrative and secretarial skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional telephone manner. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Highly organised with strong time management abilities and attention to detail. Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently under pressure. Flexibility to work early mornings or evenings when required. Keen to learn and grow in a dynamic working environment.
