Excellent organisational abilities, with a talent for balancing workloads and meeting service demands. Holds a valid driver's license. What does the Hire Desk Manager involve? Independently support the HSS dedicated area within our partnering builder s merchant in the absence of the Merchant Branch Manager, providing expert assistance to customers with their hire needs while actively seeking opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers to secure repeat business, long-term loyalty and optimising sales through effective sales techniques.
