Are you a driven and organised professional looking to lead dynamic teams and deliver exceptional results?
Join our team as a Site Installation Manager, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the success of multiple projects across the UK. Reporting directly to the Head of Installs, you'll be at the heart of our operations, managing 12 Supervisors and their experienced gangs, ensuring every site is prepared, efficient, and compliant.
This is more than just a management role; it's an opportunity to take ownership, inspire teams, and make a tangible impact in an ever-evolving environment.
What You'll Do:
1. Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor Supervisors and their teams, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
2. Plan for Success: Take charge of scheduling rotas, coordinating work programmes, and ensuring every site is ready for action with the correct equipment and materials.
3. Hands-On Operations: Visit sites across the UK to provide on-the-ground support, ensuring smooth project delivery and maintaining the highest operational standards.
4. Ensure Compliance: Champion health, safety, and environmental practices, conducting regular audits to guarantee safe, compliant work environments.
5. Drive Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes, enhance quality, and reduce costs, delivering value across all projects.
6. Collaborate with Stakeholders: Act as the central point of contact for cross-departmental queries, liaising with suppliers and contractors to ensure seamless operations.
7. Deliver Results: Prepare performance reports, tackle challenges, and identify growth opportunities for continual operational improvement.
What We're Looking For:
1. A proven track record in Civils or similar multi-site operational roles.
2. Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams of Supervisors and their crews.
3. Exceptional organisational abilities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and ensuring site readiness.
4. In-depth knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
5. A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering results.
6. Flexibility to travel regularly across the UK to support regional operations.
7. Proficiency in digital tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
This is an office-based role; however, regular travel to various sites across the UK will be required to ensure Gangs are working effectively, efficiently, and most of all happy at work. Transport, accommodation, and all expenses will be covered.
If you're a motivated leader with a passion for operational excellence, we want to hear from you.
