About the role
You will manage recruitment and coordinate delivery of talent pipeline programmes, including internships and work experience, in line with our early careers talent acquisition strategy. Supporting our firm's commitment to inclusion and diversity, building open and accessible routes into our profession for entry-level talent.
* Act as a brand ambassador for our firm, promoting our unique qualities to various audiences.
* Work closely with the early careers talent acquisition team to support all future talent programmes for school leavers and undergraduates across multiple offices.
* Coordinate and deliver programme content confidently, including workshops, presentations, and webinars.
* Handle logistical arrangements for in-person and virtual programmes.
* Use the applicant tracking system to manage hiring processes.
* Collaborate on marketing initiatives and events to raise awareness of internship opportunities.
* Ensure activities align with the firm’s strategy and employer brand guidelines.
* Monitor feedback to continually improve programme experience.
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in early careers recruitment administration within a high-volume organization.
* Event and programme coordination skills.
* Experience with applicant tracking systems.
* Attention to detail and excellent time management.
* Strong communication and presentation skills, with experience working with senior stakeholders.
