About The Role We are looking for an experienced contact centre Team Leader who will manage a team of Inbound Sales Agents. The client is fast paced, dynamic, and exciting, and operate within the financial services (regulated) industry. Our client is looking for someone with previous experience working within a target-driven, contact centre team leader position, within a financial services, or insurance business.
