AJ Chambers is partnered with a family-friendly, top boutique law firm based in Hitchin, seeking a Conveyancing Legal Assistant/Paralegal. You will support 2 Fee Earners, reporting directly to a Director, assisting from start to finish on Conveyancing transactions. Key Responsibilities: Assist solicitors with all aspects of conveyancing transactions from inception to completion. Prepare and review legal documents related to property transactions. Conduct title searches and property due diligence. Liaise with clients, estate agents, and other legal professionals. Manage and organise case files efficiently. Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements. Requirements: Proven experience in a conveyancing role is essential. An understanding of the conveyancing process and property law would be beneficial. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
