Oaklands House is a well-established, 38 bedded, nursing care home in Longsight, Manchester. We provide specialised care and accommodation for adults aged 18-65 and those 65 and over. Our services support a diverse range of needs, including enduring mental health challenges, drug and alcohol-related issues, degenerative disorders, Dementia, and mental health conditions. About you:
You are an experienced Registered Manager with an active NMC Pin as an RMN, bringing a wealth of knowledge and ideas to the service.
You will continually monitor all aspects of service delivery, ensuring the provision of care is implemented to the highest standards.
You will take a lead role in service governance, audit management, and care documentation.
You will be responsible for service budgetary management and HR staff procedures.
You are an organised, approachable, collaborative individual who is keen to improve the lives of our residents and staff.

Summary:
Salary: £48,000 to £52,000 per annum (dependant on experience)
Experience as a CQC Registered Manager preferable, but not essential.
You must possess a full UK Driving Licence and have access to your own vehicle.
