Customer Service Advisor - Nottingham Student Quarter
Location: Deakins Place and Nottingham Two
Salary: £25,545 with overtime paid at 1.25 x hour rate
Hours: Average of 37.5 hours per week (contracted to 1950 hours annually) between 8am to 8pm.

This role follows an annualised hours model, meaning your hours will be distributed flexibly throughout the year to meet business and seasonal demands (peak season is July – September where increased hours will be required). However, your salary remains consistent every month. Details will be discussed at interview.
