Based at Savernake Community Hospital, you will have the flexibility to work within a model that supports both on-site and hybrid working arrangements, depending on the nature of the role. Main Responsibility
As a Therapy Assistant, your responsibilities will include:
1. Delivering compassionate, outcome-focused services in line with the role’s requirements.
2. Collaborating with multi-disciplinary teams to achieve key performance indicators and ensure high-quality service delivery.
3. Identifying and addressing service needs at the earliest opportunity and implementing appropriate interventions.
4. Working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders to enhance service effectiveness.
5. Maintaining accurate records and ensuring effective communication with relevant parties.
6. Adhering to professional standards, policies, and regulatory frameworks to support organizational goals.
The primary function of this role is to ensure that opportunities for patients to rehabilitate are optimised during their stay on the ward.

We are looking for a motivated and passionate individual to join our well established and respected therapy team who work on our 30-bed Inpatient rehabilitation ward.
