You will play a pivotal role in supporting a broad spectrum of HR functions, contributing to the smooth and efficient operation of the HR team across a global landscape.
Job Role:
Recruitment & On-boarding
Employee life-cycle support - Hands on advising and coaching line managers through low level cases. Communicating on a regular basis, attending meetings and advising as much as possible
Employee Relations - Supporting and advising low level cases
HR Administration & Compliance
Data administration - Maintain employee records, generating reports, cleansing and updating the system
L&D - Coordinate training sessions, create training content
Employee communication & engagement - Creating and implementing employee surveys, maintain and adapt employee benefits, assist in company events
Project support - Self managing projects as and when needed. Leading on presentations and case management.
About You:
Proven experience in a HR function - managing your own projects and MUST have experience / exposure with the above responsibilities
You must be within a commutable distance and able to travel to Wolverhampton on a daily basis
You must have the right to work in the UK
Level 3 CIPD qualified, working towards or looking to complete Level 5 CIPD
Skill including ; Communication, Organised, Forward thinking, Proactive, Team Player, Attention to detail
Experience with HR systems, preferably Workday
