To provide high quality management, maintenance, support and development of all ICT support services and to liaise with the IT Systems Manager and the ICT Infrastructure Manager in the management, maintenance and development of all services and in particular the operations of the IT Services function. About you Degree/HND in ICT Level 5 qualification in Leadership/Management - or obligation to obtain within 2 years of starting 3 years of experience in leading and managing an IT services team in an enterprise network environment Experience of user management, Office 365 licencing and security, helpdesk and asset management, file and data management (SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams), software licence management What you'll do as the IT Service Manager Assist the Head of ICT and Network Systems in establishing a coherent ICT strategy Develop and lead a high-performance team to ensure the efficient and effective realisation of the organisation's vision, policies and objectives. This will include establishing, implementing and monitoring targets and objectives Provide the Senior Management Team with accurate and timely data for Development Planning and Performance Management. To liaise with and advise managers on issues related to ICT services. Manage and develop ICT Systems Technical Lead and project management responsibilities on projects as required, ensuring quality standards are maintained. Ensure that all systems have appropriate backup procedures in place and that regular checks on these procedures are carried out. Work with the ICT Systems Manager and ICT Infrastructure Manager in managing and delivering an effective ICT Support Service.
