The Cedar Foundation is seeking to recruit the following position: Ref 25-054-DFM-CS-WEB Job Role Deputy Finance Manager (Temporary for approx. 12 months) Location Head Office, 1 Ravenhill Reach, Belfast, BT6 8RB Agile Working Option / Working from Home Salary £31,586 - £33,366 per annum (Depending on experience) Hours 37 Hours per Week Monday - Thursday (9-5pm) Friday (9-4.30pm) The successful candidate will benefit from flexi-time This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual who wishes to gain experience in the day to day running of a busy Finance Department with responsibility for expenses. To assist in the day to day running of a busy Finance Department with responsibility for expenses. Reporting to the Head of Finance, managing all aspects of the expenses, ensuring compliance with the latest relevant legislation, statutory filing deadlines, and internal management reporting requirements, Statutory Organisations HMRC, Finance and HR functions as appropriate. Essential Criteria IATI qualified or part qualified accountant or at least 3 years' experience in a finance function within a large diverse organisation with multiple income streams and cost centres Experience in managing purchase ledger and creditors control accounts including credit reconciliations. Knowledge and experience of internal control systems e.g. ISO. Experience in balance sheet reconciliation and analysis work. Desirable Criteria Experience in working for a large not for profit organisation. Experience in managing and mentoring staff.
