Our client is looking for a Customer Services Coordinator role to process and coordinate customer orders and deal with any enquiries. You will be the main point of contact for a small number of large customer accounts. This is a busy and exciting role where they would want you to build and develop existing relationships providing delivery advice and order acknowledgement.
Customer Services Coordinator duties:
1. Process new and existing customer enquiries and orders via phone or email.
2. Provide delivery timescales to customers.
3. Liaise with key departments to ensure order availability and lead times.
4. Monitor stock levels of packaging, products, and finished goods.
5. Monitor and coordinate the production process to ensure orders are processed on time and advise customers of any delays or issues.
6. Liaise with customers to obtain regular forecasts and liaise with internal departments to ensure they can fulfil customers’ requirements.
The successful Customer Services Coordinator will have the following skills and experience:
1. A proven track record in a similar account manager/internal sales or after-sales customer service role.
2. Strong negotiation skills.
3. Complaint handling experience.
4. Logistics experience handling deliveries.
5. Strong IT skills – particularly Excel; PowerPoint would be a distinct advantage.
6. Previous import experience would be advantageous but not essential.
In return, you can expect to receive a basic salary of between £24,000 - £30,000 depending on your experience plus the benefits below:
* 40-hour contract.
