Job description Job Summary We are seeking an experienced highly motivated, confident individual to join our team as our Business Development Manager, responsible for identifying new business opportunities & building relationships with existing and new clients. If the thought of sitting behind a desk all day gives you itchy feet, this could be the job for you as it is a full time position Monday to Friday but you will be required to spend a large amount of time visiting clients and attending networking events across the UK. This position requires excellent communication skills and customer focus. Duties Assist in the development and implementation of business strategies and plans. Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels. Liaising with colleagues to develop sales and marketing strategies. Prepare & produce reports and presentations for management, highlighting key performance indicators. Providing feedback to management. Maintain accurate records of communication. Support customer relationship management by addressing inquiries and providing solutions. Participate in team meetings to discuss project progress and share insights. Follow up new business opportunities and setting up meetings. Skills Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
