Key Responsibilities
Community and Membership Management
1. Serve as the gatekeeper of all member data, maintaining confidentiality and discretion while ensuring all member details are accurate and up to date on the database.
2. Process payments for monthly and annual memberships and address any related queries promptly.
3. Conduct regular reviews of LinkedIn groups to ensure members are in the correct groups and non-members are removed in a timely manner.
4. Be the first responder to member enquiries, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
