We’re working with an established, family-run company in Scarborough that prides itself on community impact, charity work, and sustainable values. Due to growth, they are looking for a Financial Client Services Manager to join their team in a newly created role.
You must have experience working within Financial Services with an understanding of investments, savings and pensions. If you have used the Intelligent Office (IO) back office system that would be advantageous.
The role will be a mixture of leadership and hands on work with the following responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of two, helping them develop their knowledge of the industry and business.
Be the first point of contact for client enquiries, ensuring excellent customer service.
Manage client portfolios and ensure financial products meet their needs.
Provide guidance on investments, pensions, ISAs, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell financial products.
Monitor market trends and provide clients with valuable insights.
Handle client onboarding, contracts, and account management processes.This is a full-time permanent position earning a salary between £28,000-£30,000 depending on experience.
