Arborist Supervisor\n\nLocation: Belfast\n\nSalaryhourly rate: £14.50 to £16 per hour\n\nContract type: Permanent\n\nWorking hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM\n\n \n\nAbout the role\n\n \n\nAs an Arborist Supervisor, you will take a leading role in overseeing\narboricultural operations, ensuring that all tree surgery and forestry tasks\nare performed to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include\nmanaging daily activities, coordinating area-based teams, and ensuring\ncompliance with health and safety regulations. You will focus on the planning\nand performance of arboricultural works, fostering a safe and efficient work\nenvironment.
Working closely with internal teams and clients, you will help\ndrive operational excellence, support team development, and uphold the\ncompany’s reputation in forestry and arboriculture services.\n\n \n\nRequirements\n\n * This role will require Level 3 Maintenance (Formally CS 30 CS 31) and Level 3 Climb Trees and Perform Aerial Rescue (Formally CS 38), Level 2 Operate a Chain Saw from a Rope and Harness (Formally CS 39), Large fall over 380mm and Level 3 Aerial Tree Rigging (Formally CS 41)\n * Proven experience as an Arborist\n * Full Clean Driving Licence.\n * Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients and staff at all levels.\n * Experience in managing teams and performance.\n * Strong knowledge of Health & Safety procedures and risk management.\n * Ability to train, guide, and mentor others in arb techniques\n * Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.\n\n \n\nWhy join us?\n\nAs the UK’s leading grounds maintenance and landscape creation provider, no\ntwo projects are ever the same – and neither are our people.
