Are you a Lecturer in Motor Vehicle looking to take a step up in responsibility?
You will join a well established team to teach learners aged 14+ a subject you are passionate about.
As Course Team Leader, you would be responsible for the effective curriculum management of a range programmes.
You will teach on L1 – L3 courses, and supervise a team and day-to-day operational issues, with a focus on maximising student enrolment, attendance, retention and achievement.
You should be qualified to Level 3 in the relevant subject area, together with a minimum Level 5 teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector (e.g. DET).
You’ll already have at least 2 years’ experience of teaching Motor Vehicle, together with some experience of curriculum co-ordination and development and the ability to lead/supervise a team. Strong communication and organisational skills are also essential for this post.
This is full time and permanent, with a salary range of £38,035 to £44,969 per annum – plus benefits!
