Job Description
1 day a week covering reception 9-5.30pm.
Supporting the Sales Director with:
1. Preparing board reports
2. Sales Rotas
3. Training reports and training matrix for the team
4. Assisting the Sales Manager to produce reports
5. View Director's calendar and report to director on meetings/calendar availability
6. Booking meetings/meeting rooms/lunches/team briefing events
7. Attending sales meeting and taking notes for action logs
8. Attending the office same days a week as Sales Director - possibility of working at home 1 or 2 days a week once established.
9. Other related administration as needed and possibly covering some of the Sales Administrator role when she is off.
