We are looking for an Internal Communications and Engagement Coordinator to devise and deliver internal communications and engagement campaigns that are at the core of our culture and community. We have a brilliant team of surveyors, land references, project managers, environmental and planning experts to work with across the UK and Ireland. THE JOB UP CLOSE: Engage with key stakeholders to deliver engaging and exciting internal communications to keep our people involved and informed. Ensure alignment with the business strategy from an internal communications perspective. Explore and develop new and innovative ways to engage with employees. Manage multi-channel campaigns across our comms channels such as Viva Engage, company intranet, and emails. Collaborate with the Marketing team to explore and identify the most appropriate and effective channels of communication and support the creation of visual content. Provide comms support and guidance o the business for internal employee engagement surveys. Support the coordination and delivery of company-wide internal events and initiatives volunteering days, and charity initiatives. Develop and deliver internal comms strategies and resources to achieve internal comms initiatives across the business. Uphold internal comms standards across all communications channels, providing guidance and support. The successful candidate will: Be a confident and creative individual with the ability to come up with new and innovative ideas. Have experience working in a communications role, delivering strategies across a large-sized organisation. Be confident using a range of IT systems including the Office 365 suite and design tools such as Canva and Creative Cloud. Possess strong copywriting skills. Have experience organising and coordinating events and campaigns. Be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and able to work to deadlines within a fast-paced environment. Have a creative flair and be able to communicate confidently in both written and verbal comms. Have excellent business partnering skills to work closely with our senior leadership team to create action plans, instil and maintain momentum. Be comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. Align with our DM values and our OneTeam company culture. Have experience adhering to brand and tone of voice guidelines. Have experience using SharePoint or other web content management systems.
