Overview and purpose of role:
As a Care and Repair Intern, you will work closely with the Care and Repair Supervisor and Care and Repair Assistant, in addressing escalated client queries on product wear. You will also work closely with the Repair Center Partners to ensure consistency and efficiency with customer repair services offered within the business. Reporting to the Care and Repair Supervisor, you will be exceptionally organized, solution focused and possess excellent communication skills whilst representing the brand professionally at all times. We strive to provide an exceptional aftercare service to our clients and you would contribute to the overall smooth running of the Care and Repair department.
Key Responsibilities of role:
1. Receive & ship all CL items from stores, for repairs centers and for clients & guaranty the best packing to take care to them - incoming and outgoing – weekly – Alert if the process is not followed
2. Quality control: check all repairs requested to the repair centers and check the general aspect of the shoe to offer the excellence service for client and alert the Supervisor & Assistant C&R if something is not qualitative
3. Share regular feedback to the repair centers depending on the quality control of the repairs - weekly – validated by the Supervisor
4. Assess the quality case within the stores, provide & transfer the quality expertise with a qualitative instruction to the stores, assure a weekly follow up, alert for any escalated case
5. Provide the better communication with the clients, ensuring lead times are adhered to, and follow up should any delays arise
6. Spare part reception, control the spare with the pair alert the coordinator & assistant C&R if something is incorrect
7. Communication with retail team, CS, quality team, logistic … over emails
8. Follow the Salesforce process & the C&R policy
9. Assist the Care and Repair Assistant with client complaints on product wear (organize repairs, exchanges, refunds, accordingly)
Skills and Requirements:
1. Proficient in all Microsoft office applications and experience using Salesforce is desirable
2. Team spirit & positive mindset
3. Strong organization & communication skill
4. Meticulous & Interest in craftsmanship & sustainability
5. Ability to multitask and be proactive
6. Interest in working in the luxury sector. Previous experience working for a luxury brand is an advantage
7. Previous experience working in Customer Service, Retail, Luxury sector, Welcome clients …
8. High level of English (both written and spoken)
9. Be customer centric
